- Works alongside Operations Directors to ensure the smooth operations of event from build to decommission
- Liaise with operational teams and managers to ensure their needs and that of event audience are being met
- Liaise with Event Staffing team to ensure workforce availability for daily shifts/ address any staff related challenges or concerns
- Create daily operations schedule of events for internal and external reference
- Daily check-ins with all event departments for updates on any operational challenges or concerns
- Assist with providing workable and efficient solutions to any arising challenges
- Highlight any event pain-points to Team Directors for immediate resolutions
- Be ready to assist across all departments where necessary to ensure exceptional execution of event
- If requested assist with the sourcing of any operational or production requirements
- Provide language support where necessary to ease communication barriers
- Act as points of contacts between operational staff and Directors & Entertainment
- Prepare and upload Daily end of Shift Overview report - highlighting emergency, security or high-risk incidents or occurrences in addition to any particularly positive feedback
