Cafm Admin/ Operator

Manage and administer the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to support facility operations.
- Input and maintain accurate facility data including floor plans, equipment information, maintenance schedules, and service records.
- Generate reports and analyze data from the CAFM system to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with facility managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely updates and accurate data entry in the CAFM system.
- Provide training and support to facility management staff on the use of the CAFM system and related software.
- Troubleshoot CAFM system issues and liaise with technical support for resolution.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CAFM system usage and data management.
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies related to CAFM system information.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a CAFM administrator or operator in a facilities management environment.
- Proficiency in CAFM software and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and maintenance.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of facility management principles and practices is advantageous.
