**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Create, update, and manage documents and records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Communication**:
- Liaise with internal staff and external clients.
- Provide information and support to visitors and clients.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- **Office Management**:
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Oversee and coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and visitors.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent and experience as a secretary.
- Proven experience as a Secretary.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:
