Coordinating the Engineering MOC systems processes across COMPANY OPCO, Professional who assists and facilitates the changes to improve safety, health, environments, efficiencies, as well as increase production and profitability.
- Maintain, coordinate and control the engineering systems for QG operated facilities and support engineering governance of the different facilities to ensure that the overall integrity of the facilities are maintained.
- Coordinating & Facilitating Engineering changes across the company and developing communication plans to introduce changes.
- Develop Engineering systems training requirements for company personnel to ensure the process is understood and adhered to by all stakeholders. Provide training to managers and supervisors; develop training plans for all users according to their role requirement while using Engineering systems.
- Create and maintain tracking systems throughout the change process, analysis of results to improve performance, also ensure employees are adapting to changes.
- Conduct administration, coordination and maintenance of multiple engineering systems such as Management of Change (MOC), Tag Management System (TMS), Engineering Deviation Request (EDR) and Tag Management System (TMS) to ensure that the overall integrity of the QG facilities is maintained.
- Managing of the company standards and specifications and coordinate the specifications update/revision with respective SME and communicate the updated specifications to the relevant disciplines, Stakeholders.
- Manage department policies & procedures, audits and risk register for the division.
- Conduct administration, coordination and maintenance of all Engineering systems (MOC, TMS, EDR etc) for the QG operated facilities and support governance of the different activities in Facilities and Disciplines Engineering Department.

**About this role**
- Coordinate requirements meetings for review/approval of change request by preparation of agenda, distribution of meeting MOM and completion of workflow tasks in MOC system;
- Update the engineering systems reporting Database, enhance the reporting functionality, issue periodic KPI report to all the stakeholders. Conduct administration and coordination of the Technical Authority framework for the QG operated facilities;
- Coordinate with division managers for the update of the department risk register and audit items management. Review the policy and procedures relevant to department and agree on the assigned criticality;
- Maintain and support administration of the electronic Engineering Deviation Request system to handle all engineering deviations in QG operated facilities;
- Coordinate the Business continuity plan (BCP) and IT Demand Plan for the department;
- Review the Tag Management System process/procedures and recommend appropriate actions to implementation, customization and troubleshooting;
- Perform short-term and ad hoc analysis related to Engineering System;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the updated Tag Management System after implementation, and continuously refine and optimize as necessary;
- Establish a robust change management process to facilitate the smooth transition from the current system and procedure to the updated versions, including appropriate training and communication to affected stakeholders;
- Maintain the data/taxonomy gateway, ensuring all data/taxonomy collection are validated and publish via Tag Management System;
- Work closely with QG IT and related Stakeholder to customize and restructure the System to ensure the System meets COMPANY required and fitness-for-purpose to End Users;
- Carry out verification and validation of the data at appropriate stages of the project’s life cycle, ensuring the consistency and quality of the data is aligned with progress of the project phase;
- Managing/Administering the end-to-end Tag Management System related process;
- Review of drawings, materials submittals, and packages related to Tag Management System;
- Ensuring that the Projects deliverables meet COMPANY Policy and Procedure;
- Performing integrity check and all administrative tasks related to Tag Management System;
- Monitoring and supervising activities related to the Tag Management System and recommend projects / suggestions to ensure efficient and reliable operations;
- Review and Develop equipment numbering strategies to ensure continuity of service and optimum performance of Systems;
- Ensuring the PMT/Contractors are delivering Tags according to the Company’s standards Requirements and Policy and Procedure;
- Acts as the focal point for Tag Management System engineering matters and provides expert technical advice to Management and other departments/divisions as required. Also troubleshoots complex or system problems and recommends sound and cost-effective solutions as the problems arise.
