Senior Paralegal

The Role
Charterhouse is recruiting for a leading Qatari owned group, who has an extensive portfolio of retail outlets, brands and consumables and B2C/B2B services within fundamental sectors such as sports and fitness, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate and technology. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Paralegal to work within the Legal Department of the conglomerate. In this role, you will provide legal support to the company’s in-house counsels and act as the liaison between outside and in-house counsel as well as assist legal councils in the preparation of documentation for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporations, partnerships and/or limited liability companies.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Law Degree, with at least 8 years working experience within a Law Firm with a diversity of clients. You must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal and must be familiar with business terminology as well as be able to read, analyse, and interpret legal documents and financial reports. As part of the Legal Team you must show professionalism at all times, be able to work independently and under pressure in order to meet deadlines and have the desire to succeed.
