Please be advised the official title of the Junior Psychologist role is Recruitment Selection and Assessment Business Partner but we do need someone with psychometrics and interviewing experience as previously indicated and preferably a psychologist / psychometrist.
**1. **JOB PURPOSE**:
Accountable for the delivery of talent assessment tools and services across the Company. Will work across a number of stakeholders to translate the competency framework into a selection and development framework that supports leaders in continuously hiring and optimising top talent.
**2. **ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Contribute to the assessment strategy so that all positions within the Company have a set selection criteria - competencies, people, process and tools.
- Facilitate the administration, reporting, feedback and data analytics of psychometric tools for selection purposes
- Administer, manage and update a set of assessment centres for volume positions, specialist and executive position
**Strategic -**
- Support the Company Business Psychology Strategy and Framework and act as a Champion for assessment services.
- Act as a link and partner between the respective HR departments and business units by providing unique talent insights, data and recommendations for business and safety critical roles as well as for pilots
**Operational **
- Talent Acquisition (Assessment and Feedback)_
- Utilise job analysis and competency modelling techniques to ensure that the correct behavioural and technical competencies are identified for hiring and developing talent for business and safety critical roles as well as for pilots.
- Assist in the assessment of safety critical roles as well as for pilots so these positions have the correct selection criteria - people, process and tools.
- Conduct training and ethical utilisation of psychometric and other assessment tools, which enable Company to attract, hire, develop and manage top talent in business and safety critical roles as well as for pilots.
- In alignment with the HR Assessment Policy, to support recruiters and other members of the HR Talent Acquisition department on queries related to assessment best practices, assessment results and decisions, training and the utilisation of assessment data for strategic manpower planning and recruitment purposes.
- To provide input guidance on assessment and other selection criteria, batteries, matrices, scores and results that are utilised in the selection and development processes.
- To conduct interviews and assessment centres for pilot recruitment as per regulatory requirements.
- Champion the evidence based selection process, clearly define stakeholders’ roles and set performance expectations.
- Provide one-to-one, feedback on assessment results to ensure the proper utilisation of people data.
- Support the implementation and delivery of assessment centres throughout the business.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
**Stakeholder Management**
- Engage with hiring managers, HR and TA on Business Psychology activities.
- Deliver formal and informal training and coaching to stakeholders within the business.

- Train staff in various duties as per business requirements
**Data Protection**
- Ensure that in performance of the role, all uses, disclosures and requests of any information (in any form) are done in accordance with data protection principles adopted by the Group and are limited to what is reasonably required to accomplish the intended business purposes of the use, disclosure or request.
- Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures regarding the use, processing, disclosure and security of any information (in any form) and ensure that all staff under my direct supervision are aware of and comply.
- Consult the Group’s Data Protection Officer in matters related to data protection and privacy as appropriate.
- Ensure the confidentiality, security and protection of all information handled in the course of duties is maintained at all times from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, disruption, deletion/destruction, corruption, modification, inspection or recording.
**Data Protection**
- To act as a channel of communication between the Company Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the business acting as the primary POC for any data protection and privacy questions, issues or risks (
