We are looking to hire 100 enthusiastic and motivated Food Delivery Riders to cater to the increasing demand for our services. As a Delivery Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of meals to our valued customers across Qatar. If you are passionate about food, customer service, and enjoy the thrill of the road, we want you on our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a diverse range of food items to different addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize the Snoonu mobile app to navigate assigned routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring orders are complete, accurate, and delivered with a friendly demeanor.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while handling food items and interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff and fellow delivery riders to enhance overall service quality.
- Report any delivery-related issues promptly to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Qatar motorcycle driver's license or a reliable motorcycle with proper documentation.
- Previous experience in food delivery or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Qatar roads, and ability to use GPS devices or apps for navigation.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
