**Operations Associate - Kit**

**Purpose of Job**:
To support the Kit team as we scale and cater to increased demand for rider kit management and enforcement as we strive for 100% "fresh" kit usage and compliant bikes on the road.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Supporting the Kit team in all the tasks below, with gradual autonomy in some of the following:

- **Kit & warehouse management**: procuring quality rider kit from vendors, ensuring timely receipt and orderly storage of kit and distributing the kit to new and existing riders.
- **Vehicle management**: Coordinate the installation and repair of delivery boxes on all Deliveroo rider motorcycles. Additionally, collaborate with Third Party Logistics partners (3PLs) to ensure the licenses and permits of all motorcycles and delivery boxes are valid.
- **Reporting**: Update kit records after each transaction with vendors, riders and 3PLs, conduct periodic stock count and respond to all kit-related enquiries.
- **Response**: Collect and action kit-related feedback from all stakeholders
- **Auditing**: Conduct periodic 3PL kit inventory and process audit to ensure kit guidelines are adhered to.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 1-2 years of UAE experience, working with company procurement, stock / inventory management and reporting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, or Google equivalents.
- Experience of working with complex teams and people from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities.
- Fluent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Urdu and/or Hindi is also a bonus.
- Driven and confident personality, who takes initiative and executes with speed.
- Creative mindset with an openness to implement a variety of solutions.
- Effective communicator who is an attentive listener.
