**Responsibilities**:
As a Secretary/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and professional impression on clients, visitors, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing incoming calls and efficiently routing them to the relevant individuals.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Handling and prioritizing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment and placing orders when necessary.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Managing travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives.
- Providing general administrative support to various departments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Secretary/Receptionist with 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**SEO**
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
**Video Editor**:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video editing projects.
**3D Animation Expert**:
- Proven experience as a 3D Animation Expert.
- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D animation projects.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- SEO, Video Editor, and a 3D Animation: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
