Public Relations Officer

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Process all type visas, residence permits on time.
- Prepare all documents/correspondence to various government offices in professional manner.
- Ensure and coordinate medical, fingerprint, and visa stamping of staff and labors.
- Follow up and ensure the timely renewal of official records: visas, passports, establishment card, Commercial Registration, commercial permit / licenses, etc.
- Liaise with government authorities on labor and immigration rules and provide updates to Management of changes as appropriate.
- Examine and ensure completeness of employee’s documents relating to working in Qatar.
- Keep records of personnel for visas, labor cards, and other important documents.
- Delivery of invoices to customers, and collection of payment and deposit to bank.
- General purchase of items for office and workshop
- Handle the registration and insurance of the vehicles
- Handle / coordinate repair and maintenance of equipment and other assets
- Manage schedules / assignments of drivers to and from workplace and other place of business for related errands / tasks assigned by the management.
- Ensure payment of company subscriptions
- General PRO duties as required.
- Assist and supervise all requirements for management of the farm.
- Assist in all requirements from the management for farm and for the companies
- Assist in requirements relating to accounting matters in the farm such as cash releases / payments to contractors, suppliers, etc. (as may be assigned by the management)
- Accomplish other related tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Available to join immediately
- With at least five (5) years of work experience as PRO/Mandoob in Qatar
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills - both oral and written. Able to translate and interpret documents in Arabic to English and vice versa
- Very good knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and immigration processes
- With driving license required
- With valid QID / transferable visa
- Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Liaising with various Government Departments (Immigration, Labor, Traffic, Municipality) and Agencies to ensure efficient and timely services in order to meet the business requirement
- Be up to date with any changes or amendments to the existing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department be informed of such changes
- Have good relation and network of contacts in all the government departments to support your work
