**Job Summary**:
Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated specialty section. Manage and train any Demi-Chef De Parties or Commis working with you, ensuring they deliver consistent quality according to the standards set by the kitchen. Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in creating new menu items and improving current ones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty.
- Manage and supervise the kitchen team in your section, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new menu items and improving current ones.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment by adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining stock inventory for your section.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff in your section.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
- Handle any issues that arise in the kitchen and report them to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Work closely with other sections of the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.
- Culinary certification or equivalent training.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- With Valid Food Handling Certificate.
- With Valid QID and NOC.
- Can join immediately.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working in cuisine, (e.g., Italian, French, Asian kitchens).
- Experience in Hot Kitchen, Pastry, Butchery, Vegetable Section.
- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Experience working in Qatar or the Middle East is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items as required.
