As the Head Chef overseeing our Food & Beverage (F&B) division, you will lead culinary teams across a range of venues, including a restaurant bar in a 5-star hotel and restaurants across different brands. Your role includes menu development, kitchen management, quality control, and fostering collaboration across our diverse culinary outlets. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in multi-cuisine, outstanding leadership skills, and a dedication to maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the culinary budget, tracking financial performance against goals, and preparing regular reports for management and
- Lead the creation of innovative menus tailored to each venue's unique concept and brand identity by collaborating closely with managers, culinary teams, and other stakeholders, continuously refining them through the incorporation of seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and guest feedback.
- Enhance profitability through strategic management of food costs and revenue generation, all while optimizing inventory processes to minimize waste and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and enforce policies and procedures specific to kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to source premium-quality ingredients for our culinary offerings while ensuring that budget limitations are adhered to and quality is maintained.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal functionality, while also providing support in designing kitchen layouts and selecting appropriate cooking equipment to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage events from initial layout planning to setup, staffing, and pricing, ensuring seamless execution and customer
- Address intricate customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to kitchen operations and services.
- Lead and supervise culinary teams to ensure consistency in food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and presentation standards while maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation through regular inspections and quality checks, providing mentorship, guidance, and ongoing training to the culinary team.
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment, ensuring that culinary teams are adequately staffed with qualified professionals.
- Foster collaboration across different brands within the F&B division to leverage collective strengths and resources.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated track record as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or multi-brand F&B operations.
- In-depth knowledge of diverse cuisines, culinary traditions, and regional specialties, with a particular expertise in Asian cuisine, alongside a strong grasp of cocktail culture and beverage trends to effectively complement culinary offerings.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Food safety and sanitation certification.
