**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
- Possession of Commercial Law

doctorate degree and a record of significant contribution to education.
- Possession of Civil Law doctorate degree and a record of significant contribution to education.
- Demonstrated excellence as

an outstanding University teacher.
- Showed excellence in

scholarly endeavor, published articles in refereed journals.
- Contribution to the

University and community service.
- Established bibliography of

research publications such as journal contributions, books, etc.
- Keeps up-to-date with the

academic material, attending conferences and active discussions

with other academics in field.
- Established national and

international recognition and reputation in field/s of research and academia.
- Has provided

advice/guidance/opinion as a leading national/international
- Has teaching experience in

giving lectures and seminars to both undergraduate and postgraduate

students and in designing and developing innovative material for

teaching and seminars.
- Has presented papers at conferences.
- Has experience with peer

reviews of papers, publications, research, etc.
