**Description**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Fully responsible for specific team(s) supervision, team coordination, team leadership, other sections coordination for support, follow up, report and request support from line manager in order to accomplish the activities at the earliest;
- Coordinate other sections personnel on respective own assigned tasks in order to accomplish on time the activities and report to your superior for any bottle necks for support;
- Ensure strict supervision of team personnel towards maximum productivity and efficiency, with safety and quality first in mind;
- Supervise and lead subordinates in the department and troubleshoot/solve problems and work towards improvement of team members and facility/tools/equipment;
- Follow up strictly the assignments, organize and coordinate to execute the tasks/activities as per the approved documentation (drawings, specifications and procedures);
- Maintain calibration of electrical equipment and send reports/certificates to HSEQ Section;
- Responsible for occasionally support for maintenance activities on request of direct Foreman;
- Prepare Request for materials and Services for electrical discipline and follow up for delivery with division supply chain representative;
- Ensure all relevant manuals and procedures are available and maintain in good conditions and organized;
- Responsible for troubleshooting of electrical system on the vessels as well in the workshops;
- Responsible for assigned budgeted manhours control, targeting to improve and save hours;
- Responsible for accurate keep tracking of manhours consumed by each team member;
- Responsible for direct input and accurate bookings in the system;
- Plan and project manpower requirement. Ensure man-power requirements are communicated to / from the Foreman and are available;
- Report any deviation from schedule and inform in advance supervisor for any risks, deviations and issues expected;
- Responsible for ordering, monitoring, distributing and installation of materials;
- Ensure all employees are properly supervised and have all the necessary tooling, equipment, specifications, drawings and procedures to properly accomplish their jobs;
- De-conflict work and inform the Foreman of any potential problem that jeopardizes completion of quality work within budget and schedule;
- Attend daily production tool box meetings and coordinate the assignments with other shops and ensure projected goals are met and all issues are being addressed;
- Define, measure, and control production quality within trade(s);
- Monitor processes for continuous improvement and ensures the fullest support by all supervision;
- Monitor reworks trends and implement corrective action for not repeating again;
- Work with trades / shops to develop training plans and ensure all personnel, including temporary labour, have been properly selected/ trained;
- Hold joint responsibility with Project Manager for trade performance to meet contract quality, schedule and budget performance;
- Perform all job functions in accordance with MILAHA s Mission and Vision Core values;
- Prepare job completion reports and submit to Client for approval, after that send to Foreman;
- Prepare Non Conformity Report against any non-conformance during repairs and send to Foreman;
- Maintain quality records file and assure job history is available for all attended job;
- Act towards continuous development and improvement of personnel and facility;
- Responsible of daily for housekeeping at work location;
- Responsible to maintain in good conditions the tools and equipment working with;
- Ensure inspections of each job are performed before considering completed;
- Rise Request for Inspection to QC as per ITP and get clearance;
- Coordinate the preventive maintenance check lists and follow strictly the program for the equipment assigned;
- Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe and high-quality manner and in compliance with the division’s HSSE, Quality Assurance procedures, Quality Manuals and super yachts standards for blasting and painting;
- Prepare exigent assessments for team members and use company policy to improve personnel;
- Implement and follow management procedures and directions;
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Professional Qualification**:

- High School Diploma or ITI certificate or equivalent.

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Foreman in marine field with well-known company;
- Heavy industry experience in electrical equipment;
- Shipyard experience will be preferred.

**Geographic Experience**:
N/A

**Computer Skills**:
**Language Skills**:

- Working knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage

**Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of ship repair yard functions and activities;
- Ability to read the installation, start up and operation manual and
