Job Title**:Customer Relations Executive - English and Arabic Speaking**

Location **:Barwa Commercial Avenue, Doha, Qatar**

Working Days **:6 Days a week. ( Saturday to Thursday)**

Working Hours **:8 Hours a Day**

Contract**:06 months extendable**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and ensure long-term satisfaction
- **CRM Software Management**:

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer data, track interactions, and analyze customer behavior.
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Generate reports from CRM software to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer relations.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Plan and execute customer engagement activities such as events, promotions, and feedback surveys to enhance customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, particularly in the automobile sector.
- Provide customers with accurate information and guidance regarding product features, benefits, and usage.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement strategies to achieve and exceed customer service targets and KPIs.
- **Training and Development**:

- Continuously update personal knowledge and skills related to customer relations and the automobile industry.
- Assist in training new team members on CRM software and customer service best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer relations role, with substantial experience using CRM software.
- Previous experience in the automobile industry is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant customer service tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
