- Assist with HR Functions

- Filing and Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and updating both physical and digital files and records. Ensuring documents are accessible and up to date.
- Data Entry: Inputting data into systems or spreadsheets, inventory, or other records.
- Office Organization
- Meeting Coordination : Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring the appropriate technology or equipment is available.
**Skills and Qualities for a Secretary**:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain order in a busy environment.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and data management.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Familiarity with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, etc.) and communication platforms.
- Discretion and Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with care and maintain a professional demeanor.
