- Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Adjust schedules and resources as required to deal with project changes, unforeseen delays, and other challenges.
- **Progress Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track project progress against the master schedule, identifying potential delays and mitigating risks.
- Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders, including project management, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, highlighting any schedule deviations and proposed corrective actions.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks in the project schedule and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
- Maintain contingency plans and analyze the effects of changes in the project scope, cost, and timeline on overall project delivery.
- Address delay claims, variations, and time extensions, ensuring that the project remains on track.
- **Coordination with Other Disciplines**:

- Work closely with civil, structural, and architectural teams to coordinate the integration of MEP systems with other construction activities.
- Ensure alignment between MEP schedules and other construction disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth project delivery.
- **Client & Stakeholder Management**:

- Communicate with the client and stakeholders to provide updates on project schedules, addressing concerns and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Facilitate coordination meetings between the client, project teams, and subcontractors, promoting proactive resolution of scheduling issues.
- **Data Center Focus**:

- Lead planning activities with a focus on mission-critical projects, such as **data centers**, ensuring specialized timelines for MEP installations that support high-tech infrastructure.
- Ensure that planning for all MEP systems in data centers is integrated with the specific operational requirements of the facility (e.g., uptime, redundancy, and cooling needs).

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
