**Essential Duties and Technical Skill Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, with at least 6+ years of experience in managing complex IT environments.

2. Overall IT Infra Management at a Global level.

3. Office 365 Administration (Azure, Exchage, Share point, Teams)

4. Well Knowledge in Exchange/Teams/Share point etc.

6. Responsible for managing and providing highly available services for all critical business.

7. Manage active networking and firewall (SonicWALL).

8. Manage end to end IT related payments and follow-ups.

9. Support complete Microsoft and Mac operating Systems and Office Professional suite.

10. Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks including wireless controller.

11. Good problem
- solving and communication skills.

12. Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems, including system installation, configuration, and administration.

13. Managing IT resources & assets (PC s Laptops Servers etc.).

14. IP PABX Management (Alcatel).

15. Access door management (Zktech).

17. Hardware maintenance.

18. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

19. Backup Management.

20. Ooredoo Internet and SIP lines Monitoring and Management.
- **Education**_**: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**_**: At least 5-7 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on O365, Windows server management and network administration.
- **Certifications**_**: Microsoft certification such as MCSA MCSE MCITP, Microsoft 365, and AWS Infra.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**_: Strong troubleshooting skills to handle complex technical issues efficiently.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- systems administration: 5 years (preferred)
- focus on O365 ,Windows server management & network admin: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- certification in MCSA MCSE MCITP, Microsoft 365, & AWS Infra (preferred)
