**We are looking to hire a Field Service Specialist to join our dynamic team**

**Requirements**:

- Accountable for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high value customers and growing the service by encouraging the customers to use their products and services that match their business needs.
- Ensure that all issues that faces the customer and affect the customer relation is being addressed and resolved within SLA. Through Improvement plans and escalate any incident that will breach the SLA.
- Responsible for Customer satisfaction through the provision of high levels of service.
- Ensure all service review data is reviewed and used to produce overall service improvements plans for each key account.
- Ensures Service level and billing/usage data is reported on to customer, usually in face-to-face meetings.
- Demonstrate a strong bias for action, delivering against time, quality and cost.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s in Telecom or IT or relevant Major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing high value enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills and able to sell a compelling vision.
- Solid Understanding / Knowledge of Mobile, Fixed, and Managed Services Solutions.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting interests.
- ITIL Foundation certified (Preferably).
- Good Language skills both in Arabic & English.
- Project management skills (Preferably Prince 2 or PMP Foundation qualified).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: QAR17,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- managing high value enterprise customers: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- ARABIC (required)

License/Certification:

- prince 2 or PMP (required)
- ITIL foundation (preferred)
