**What You'll Be Doing**
- Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project or subtask. Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.
- Mobilizes company resources, through liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work. Discusses the qualifications required of the key project positions in specific detail with the profit center and department managers. Collaborates with the office facilities staff to address project space requirements.
- Works with the key project individual to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advises the client and company management of any such changes.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with 20 years of relevant infrastructure experience, five (5) years of which gained locally, a broad general engineering background and previous project engineering / project management experience on drainage infrastructure project types is required.
- Preferably chartered and PMP/PMI certified.
- Must have a record of execution of similar projects in terms of complexity and value is expected.
- Must have a proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and graphic communication skills.
- Must have leadership, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), commercial management skills, Contract Admin and Management skills, Client Management etc.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**
- Must have a proven ability to perform in a management capacity and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
