- Providing technical guidance and monitoring and manage the progress made with each project stage.
- Determining the scope of work via consultation and investigation.
- Manage projects and related specific activities within given constraints of time, budget, and quality.
- Ensure scope, schedule and costs are reasonable and achievable.
- Allocate work among team members and provide guidance regularly.
- Conduct periodic and post-project reviews to ensure project is on track.
- Coordinate functional perspectives from within and outside project teams.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders on time.
- Integrate self into client environment to effectively lead project team building positive professional relationships with clients and associates.
- Define objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure management project.
- Enforce and develop integrated development plan representing appropriate level of detail.
- Develop task interdependency and project tactics with overall project strategy.
- Establish and maintain high performing team and serve as project advocate within organization.
- Consult and lead efforts of individual, team, client and other resources associated with project activity.

**Requirements**:
1. Preferred Qualifications and Education: Brownfield Modification construction experience, Bachelor's degree or higher in project management, business administration, or a related discipline.

2. At least 20 years of oil & gas experience of which 5 must be project manager

3. Has the responsibility for overall project management related to all functions of project execution, and is authorized to act as CONTRACTOR’s Representative.

4. Demonstrable offshore construction and project management expertise in the offshore renewables sector and detailed understanding of project delivery e.g. project definition and set up, planning, cost, risk, HSEQ and commercial management

5. Project director shall communicate with COMPANY representative at onshore and offshore, and report directly to the project director(company) or Sr. Project Manager by daily report.

6. Ability to lead and motivate a team of multi-disciplined individuals, setting clear goals and objectives.

7. Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization and to key stakeholders out with the organization.

8. Strong technical and operational knowledge in Offshore projects and operations associated with brownfield modification projects.

9. An ability to interpret and manage multiple projects and/or business requirements simultaneously.

10. Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice.

11. Has work experience of QP or QE, familiar with the rules of QP or QE
