Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit top talent to fill critical roles within the cluster.
  • Talent Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate employees, driving a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Heartist Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, and develop a comprehensive offboarding process that meets Accor's standards.
  • Heartist Rewards and Recognition: Design and implement a rewards and recognition program that acknowledges and rewards employees for their contributions.
  • Employee Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employee value proposition that showcases Accor's culture and values.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with the Cluster Talent and Culture Manager to develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee growth and development.
  • Benefits and Facilities: Manage the administration of employee benefits and facilities, ensuring that employees have access to the resources they need to succeed.
  • System Updates: Maintain the T&C system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Cluster Talent and Culture Manager, ensuring that the team runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
