- Employee Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employee value proposition that showcases Accor's culture and values.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with the Cluster Talent and Culture Manager to develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee growth and development.
- Benefits and Facilities: Manage the administration of employee benefits and facilities, ensuring that employees have access to the resources they need to succeed.
- System Updates: Maintain the T&C system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
