We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Manager to join our Revenue team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our commercial success team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and implementing winning commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide new hotels on advanced distribution overview, other distribution channels, hotel pricing, and tracking segmentation.
- Enroll new hotels with Accor's mandatory tools, assist in new openings, create critical path, planning, and execution.
- Conduct TARS refresh training for existing operating hotels.
- Oversee the setup of TARS, enroll new hotels with approved OTAs, assist in RFP submissions, ensure proper content, rate description, and availability of rates on all channels, as well as connectivity with GDS.
- Support with CRS/PMS migration to other Accor tools.
- Conduct monthly audits for the visibility of hotels on GDS, Consortia, and OTAs.
- Conduct monthly audits for the visibility of pricing for 405 days.
- Conduct rates and content audits on contracted OTAs, hotel brand websites, and GDS screens in terms of search criteria, rate sequencing, rate descriptions, and images.
- Consolidate monthly production of all consortia to identify top opportunities.
- Initiate GDS campaigns and check the visibility.
- Support with challenges that hotels teams have with TARS cases and reach out to the right contact in Accor to solve pending cases.
- Ensure all hotels are connected to ANAIS, CVENT, and other sales tools, and the hotel team is well-trained on the same.
- Activate shopping cards and upselling tools related to TARS.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in vocational hospitality.
- 4-5 years of experience in 4-5 star hotels.
