We are seeking a professional Government Relations Officer to join our team at ACEC Group. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience working at an embassy or diplomatic mission and be capable of managing the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Clerical Support: Provide administrative assistance, typing, and proofreading of official correspondence, as well as delivery of notes as required.
- Document Management: Deliver and pick-up of Notes Verbales and official documents from/to local authorities, embassies, and international organizations.
- Procurement and Logistics: Assist with the procedure of requesting and issuing Civil ID's, Driving Licence, Insurance, etc.
- Office Support: Assist in the procurement of office supplies if needed and other similar small tasks required by the Contracting Authority.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick up of orders and purchased supplies given the fact that it was officially ordered by a staff member of the Contracting Authority.
- Language Proficiency: Mastering Arabic and English languages in oral and written communication – proficiency C1.
- Transportation: The Contractor shall use his own means of transportation to perform the required services/tasks.
- Working Hours: The Contractor shall perform all the tasks assigned to him during the Contracting Authority's working hours, from 08:30 until 16:30 Sunday to Thursday.
- Additional Requirements: The Contractor may be required to work during weekends and outside normal working hours for additional charges.
- Driving Duties: The Contractor shall also perform driving duties for Staff Members and official delegations.
