Electrical Draftsman

Candidzone is seeking a skilled Application Engineer to join our team. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting material take-offs, performing 2D and 3D CAD design, and generating proposals with material estimates.

• Conduct material take-offs and product selection via printed or digital means
• Perform 2D and 3D CAD design of pipe spool, skid, and fabrication
• Generate proposals with material estimates and drawings during tender
• Perform design review on drawings from other departments
• Interpret engineering drawings (P&ID, isometrics) and material and fabrication requirements
• Liaise with other departments like procurement, warehouse, and sales

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Basic knowledge in IT and design
• Previous experience performing material take-off on projects
• Able to work under tight deadlines and willing to work as a team player
