Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Claims Management Supervisor to join our team at lxbfYeaa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of third-party claims, ensuring that all processes are followed and that claims are resolved efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims handling, with experience in managing teams and supervising claims personnel. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including claimants, insurance companies, and other internal departments.

About the Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the claims department, including supervising claims personnel and ensuring that all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies, aimed at reducing claims costs and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, brokers, and other industry partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on claims data, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong background in claims handling, preferably with experience in managing teams and supervising claims personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or risk management.
  • Certifications in claims handling or a related field would be an asset.
