About This Role

The CH2M HILL Careers team is looking for a highly skilled Programme Manager for Quality and Risk to join our team in Qatar. As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for providing visible engagement with delivery teams to ensure they have suitable HSEQ&S provisions.

Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with the 2022 FIFA World Cup Head of Assurance identify, develop, publish and monitor HSEQ&S management programs.
  • Provide coaching and support to stakeholders and be an ambassador for the vision of the 2022 FIFA World Cup and the initiatives of the Programme.
  • Promote continuous improvements wherever they arise within the programme, supply chain and all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree, Diploma or equivalent preferable.
  • 15-20 years experience on large construction projects and or similar role.
  • Membership to a professional bodies.
  • Excellent managerial and administrative skills possessing the ability to develop positive working relationships.
  • Proven network and outreach capabilities.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge of essential PC and standard applications software.
