You will develop event concepts, themes, and agendas in collaboration with internal stakeholders & external customers/partners, manage event logistics, oversee event budgets, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary services and materials.


In addition to event management responsibilities, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote events, partners solutions and products and creating strategies for brand awareness and brand recall. You will create and manage promotional materials, utilize digital marketing tools and platforms, and track and analyze marketing campaign performance.


As part of our team, you will maintain accurate records and documentation related to events, marketing initiatives, and operational processes, develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and event supplies.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas in collaboration with internal stakeholders & external customers/partners.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary services and materials.
  • Handle on-site event management, including set-up, registration, attendee assistance, and post-event teardown.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to determine successes and areas for improvement.
  • Constant research on new vendors and use of innovative event management tools to understand the best use of the tool and where it fits.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end event management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to travel as required for events.
