Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Events Director to join our team at Qureos Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing events of various sizes and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to completion, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination.
  2. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and create detailed event plans that align with their vision.
  3. Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, audio-visual technicians, and other event suppliers.
  4. Logistics Management: Manage event logistics, including venue setup, transportation, and guest accommodations.
  5. Marketing and Promotion: Oversee event marketing and promotion strategies to attract attendees and increase brand awareness.
  6. Staff Management: Manage event staff, including event coordinators, volunteers, and other support personnel.
  7. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
