The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Application & CRM Manager to oversee the entire ERP system, CRM, and associated applications requiring integration with the ERP. This role is crucial in ensuring that our core systems are aligned with business objectives, optimized for performance, and scalable for future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Odoo ERP system, including configuration, customization, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Lead the implementation of new modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and manage technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Manage the CRM system to support customer success strategies, customize and optimize CRM workflows, and integrate the CRM with other business applications.
  • Develop and manage APIs and other integration tools to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
  • Lead ERP and CRM projects from conception through implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through better use of ERP, CRM, and integrated applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong technical background in ERP and CRM integrations, with a solid understanding of API management and data architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading successful ERP/CRM implementations and system enhancements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex IT projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
