Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Sales team as a Lead Systems Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and management of our CRM (Salesforce) system, ensuring its optimal performance and usability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives and sales goals.
  • Lead the project management and implementation of CRM-related developments, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the CRM tool to sales teams.
  • Provide functional expertise and support to stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle, from discovery to post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with IT, Global Sales, Outstation Sales teams, Revenue Management, and other system stakeholders to ensure effective CRM tool delivery and optimize sales team efficiency.
  • Design and deliver training programs to network users on all modules within the system, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to enhance user engagement and communication within the system.
  • Manage the business support of the system, ensuring defect-free features move to production and providing end-user support after go-live.
  • Continuously review system performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features and functionalities to meet market needs and industry standards.
  • Analyze the latest CRM and Salesforce features and products, providing recommendations for implementation use cases in the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will also need to have a deep understanding of CRM systems, sales operations, and business process improvement.
