Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Electrical Operations Manager to join our team at Bounty Hunter World. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical operations and a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in the field.

Candidates must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and computer skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical operations for non-operational buildings/facilities at all FM locations. This includes directing and monitoring planning, tendering, and execution of electrical maintenance works with cost optimization and compliance to HSSE/relevant procedures.

In this role, you will provide direction and technical assistance to subordinates for handling non-routine works and/or situations involving high costs to the client's best advantage. You will also review and approve BOQ/Scopes and Technical Specifications of new tenders for submission to concerned authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of local contractors and an aptitude to understand other disciplines. Familiarity with preparation of tender specifications and associated standards pertaining to local and international regulations is desirable.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10-12 years' experience in electrical operations work
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication and computer skills
