About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Raffles Doha. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage venues, providing exceptional service to our guests, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all aspects of service, cuisine, and entertainment are of the highest standard.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service, train and develop their skills, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control food and beverage costs, manage inventory, and ensure that all financial targets are met.
  • Guest Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, increase satisfaction, and drive loyalty.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverage outlets meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene, and that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing of supplies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and that any maintenance or repairs are carried out promptly.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with all departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure that all incidents are reported and documented.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Education: A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
