As an Assistant General Manager at UrbaCon Contracting & Trading, you will provide critical support to the General Manager in leading the business and managing team members to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Operations Oversight

  2. Stock Management
    Manage and control stock levels and quality according to LPM standards, including F&B, equipment, and uniforms.
  3. Team Support
    Be present during service hours to support teams, manage headcounts, and respond to changes within your role.
  4. Reporting and Compliance
    Produce weekly reports to head office, ensure all legal requirements are met, and communicate them to team members.
