Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice on complex transactions and projects
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Managing relationships with external partners and vendors

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in private practice or in-house, with a substantial amount in relation to Banking/Finance/Tax Activities
  • Experience of dealing with regulators and government representatives
  • Ability to assimilate complex legal matters and provide practical advice to non-lawyers
  • Effective communication skills
  • Digital literacy and advanced expertise in Microsoft Office software applications
