Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Matrix team, you will be responsible for arranging store displays and shelves in accordance with company guidelines and principles. This includes creating visually appealing displays of our products in-store, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently and effectively.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement in-store displays that meet company standards and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans
  • Conduct daily store visits to evaluate display effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including photos and performance metrics
Requirements
