About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Candidzone. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
• Create and manage digital content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions
• Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our marketing efforts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and social media management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but not required
