Job Title: Highly Specialized Developmental Pediatric Therapist OT II

Description:

We are seeking an experienced pediatric occupational therapist to join our team as a Highly Specialized Developmental Pediatric Therapist OT II. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to children with complex pervasive developmental disorders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the management of autism, sensory integrative disorders, and attentional diagnosis. A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide occupational therapy services to patients with complex and high needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence in daily activities.
  3. Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  4. Educate patients and their families about occupational therapy services and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Master's Degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant clinical experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
  • Proven experience in managing complex cases and developing innovative treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
