Job Summary

Precision Hire Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Group Treasury Operations Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the overall Group Treasury Back Office Operations, including Treasury Reporting, Treasury Accounting, Treasury payments and settlements, and the management of up to 10 backoffice team members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Directs and monitors cash / interbank transfers, treasury funding, settlements, and confirmations to ensure timely execution and compliance with governance requirements.
  2. Ensures accurate accounting for Treasury Instruments (Assets and Liabilities) and compliance with IFRS Standards.
  3. Manages compliance payment and administration requirements for bonds, swaps, and other loan derivative instruments to mitigate risk of default.
  4. Directs and monitors Group Treasury Back Office operations, including bank statement uploading, bank reconciliations, clearing of outstanding items, and dashboard KPIs reporting.
  5. Ensures regular upkeep and maintenance of Bank and Treasury related General Ledger master data in SAP.
  6. Reports on the performance of Parent entity Investment (Equity/Debt) portfolio.
  7. Ensures compliance requirements for Group Treasury banking transactions and investments are met through implementation of controls and reporting.
  8. Liaises with Group subsidiaries and joint ventures to manage their Treasury functions.
  9. Leads business continuity for Group Treasury to avoid losses due to system downtime, natural disasters, or attacks.
  10. Leads and acts as focal point for Group Treasury periodical/annual audit reviews and requirements from Internal Audit, External Audit, State Bureau Audit, and Quality Audit.
  11. Leads Treasury Transformation process for Back Office and implements findings as change management champion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or Accounting, or globally accepted professional qualifications like Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or Cost & Management Accountant.
  • At least 15-20 years of experience in medium to large organization with exposure to change management, treasury accounting, treasury settlements, payments, and processes.
  • Excellent SAP S4 TRM knowledge and management.
  • Excellent SWIFT, Bloomberg, 360T, AI, and ML knowledge.
  • Excellent people management, leadership, and coaching skills.
