We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Reservations and Guest Services Specialist at Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all reservations and check-in/check-out processes, answer phone calls and emails, assist guests, and direct them accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests and ensure that all hotel standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, ensure proper operation of the hotel, and answer guest inquiries about hotel services and facilities.
  • Perform tasks such as operating the PBX console, logging and delivering packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms, and completing all tasks and duties on the shift checklist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions, and have knowledge of emergency procedures.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework in a related field helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
