About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Program Manager to oversee and lead the execution of comprehensive learning and development programs for our client accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing large-scale customer training programs, ensuring effective project planning, budgeting, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Strategic and Planning:
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive program roadmap.
    • Define specific program objectives for different groups and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.
    • Develop a detailed program plan, incorporating each phase's timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation:
    • Design and develop curricula that meet the target group's needs and ensure effective learning outcomes.
    • Implement a variety of learning activities to keep participants engaged and motivated.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make adjustments as needed.
  • Program Management and Coordination:
    • Manage and coordinate program activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Be proactive and anticipate potential issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
    • Communicate program updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness.
    • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for program enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology sector, preferably in IT Training, Technology Companies, or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven client/account management experience in complex training programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects forward, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Proficient with various office productivity applications (Visio, Project, and PowerPoint), Learning and Talent management System applications.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
