About the Role

The Guest Experience Manager is a unique opportunity to join our team at lxbfYeaa and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key ambassador for the resort and the Anantara brand, this individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest services throughout their stay.
  • Act as an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, resort representative, public relations agent, and coordinator of activities.
  • Respond to emergency codes and serve as Manager on Duty when necessary.
Qualifications
  • A strong focus on customer service.
  • Prior experience in Butler/Villa operations managing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office and experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
  • Preferably female candidates and multilingual skills are advantageous.
