**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a talented Program Administrator to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our Institute, you will provide administrative support to assigned areas and coordinate activities associated with various research projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for everyday administrative activities, responding to internal or external queries, planning and coordinating educational programs and community-related activities, and updating content and schedules for our website and social media platforms.
**Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to assigned areas and coordinate activities associated with various research projects.
- Respond to all internal or external queries relating to the Institute.
- Plan and coordinate educational programs and community-related activities.
- Update content and schedules for the IPH website and social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Science (preferred) with 6 - 7 years of related experience.
- Previous work experience in a health-related environment is desirable.
- Related experience in post-secondary education or medical education systems is preferred.
