We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Personal Assistant to join our team.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- They will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and performing various administrative tasks, including tracking actions, preparing agendas for meetings, and providing ad-hoc support with personal tasks.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced administration environment.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and deadlines.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
