About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at IHG Hotels and Resorts in Doha. As a key member of our luxury and lifestyle collection, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and genuine service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and tasks with ease.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written skills.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a luxury and lifestyle environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull big objects, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic math skills and literacy, with the ability to lead the team and operations in the absence of the Manager.
