Job Summary

The Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience at AZAdea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners, coordinating with the manager to prepare for their needs.
  • Welcomingly greet arriving customers, seating them and providing menus as they wait for service.
  • Support the team in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for our guests.
  • Direct and instruct waiters/waitresses on customer needs to provide fast and quality service from the moment guests arrive.
  • Prepare the workstation, maintain an organized reservation book, and ensure menus are clean and complete.
Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Degree
  • One year of experience in a similar role
