Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Customer Experience: Connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and help them find their dream super sports car. Provide a seamless and satisfying purchasing journey, maintaining post-purchase relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and personalized customer interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Master the features, performance specs, and unique selling points of our super sports cars.
  • Presentation Skills: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives.
  • Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and agreements with integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individuals with a passion for luxury and performance vehicles.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to customer needs.
  • You must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Keyloop and Fusion is a plus.
