Job Title: Business Consultant

At Precision Hire Solution, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and requirements to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and improve business processes.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements, including process mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and gap assessments to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Design, test, and implement software solutions to meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Oversee signed programs and provide guidance to team members.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field.
  • At least 8 years of experience working in the area of Border Management systems as business analysis or system support.
  • Software development background preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Software development and test process (waterfall or Agile).
  • Functional knowledge relating to airline data risk assessment command centers.
