Job Title: Business Consultant

At Precision Hire Solution, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing expert advice and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
  • Analyze and improve existing business processes
  • Develop and implement technology solutions to drive business growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Design, test, and implement software solutions to meet business needs and quality standards
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to drive informed decision-making
  • Oversee project implementation and provide guidance to team members
  • Lead user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions for end-users
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field
  • At least 8 years of experience working in the area of Border Management systems as business analysis or system support
  • Software development background preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Functional knowledge relating to airline data risk assessment and command centers
