About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FM Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. As an FM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing asset management activities on projects, supervising TFM contractors, and leading the development of asset foundation documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage asset management activities on projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and requirements.
  • Supervise and monitor TFM contractors to implement requirements.
  • Lead the development of asset foundation documents, including asset registers and maintenance plans.
  • Prepare case studies and presentation materials to support management decisions.
  • Facilitate and report on the Annual Asset Condition Survey with contractors.
  • Ensure completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to track Asset Management goal achievement.
  • Identify customer current and future requirements, and prepare reports for head office and senior managers.
  • Convey solution benefits to business and technical audiences, and communicate customer technical requirements to internal engineering teams.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
